Flag Football
Firstly, when we entered the TPS hall.
There was some cones, some footballs and two guys.
Secondly we had to line up equally on the cones.
Thirdly one of the instructors explained how to grip the ball.
The other instructor explained how to catch the ball. Lastly we
had a go at throwing and catching the ball.
