Kia Ora, I am a Year 8 student at Tāmaki Primary School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Te Puna Wairua a Bi-lingual unit where we speak Māori and English. My teachers are Whaea Lee, Matua Punehu and Matua Andre who is also my Kapa Haka tutor.
As reported by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the one and ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos lighter than us.
(By the way, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING about "how" they are eating.)
